Coral Ridge Isles consists of nearly 1,000 homes bounded by Commercial Boulevard on the South, Cypress Creek Road on the North, Dixie Highway on the West and NE 18th Avenue on the East. We have a large number of homes that are on waterfront canals with ocean access for boats that can get under a fixed bridge and we also have other homes located on quiet residential streets throughout our neighborhood.

When it comes to education, there may be no finer community in all of Florida. with public and private education facilities within and just on its boundaries Floranada Elementary is a national award-winning school within our boundaries. Floranada is a straight-A rated school that features a new, 14 million dollar campus with state-of-the-art classrooms, dining, library and music facilities. Floranada Park, which is part of the school and is part of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s parks system, is the centerpiece of the Coral Ridge Isles community with playground, basketball, youth baseball, gazebo, sand volleyball and plenty of open space for soccer and football play. Many community events from festivals to children’s leagues are held here and enjoyed by residents of Coral Ridge Isles. Ricards Middle school is on the West side of Dixie Highway in close proximity and just a few blocks up 56th Street is Northeast High, another outstanding neighborhood school with easy access. On our Northern boundary is Pine Crest School, a K-12 private school with a national reputation for excellence in education. On the Eastern end of 56th Street bordering Federal Highway is Westminster Academy, another outstanding private school also with a national reputation for excellence in education. There are a number of other excellent schools all within two miles of the CRI neighborhood. There are so many choices, you will not be disappointed.

We have several hospitals and medical centers all within a half mile of our community and the fire station with emergency response is located nearby on Commercial Boulevard with help just seconds away. Nationally known churches and temples of a variety of faiths are all within a mile of our neighborhood.

Three major supermarkets are within five blocks of each other in the vicinity of Commercial and Dixie (go figure!) with shopping, drugstores and national exercise chains, too. We have easy access to I-95 that is only a couple of miles away with the Tri-Rail commuter station on Cypress Creek Road. Even the Baltimore Orioles do their spring training just up the road.
