Imperial Point is a neighborhood of 1470 homes begun in October 1960 by the Haft-Gaines Company.  Our homeowner's association incorporates the subdivisions of Imperial Point, Westfield, Colonial Ridge, Coral Highlands and  La Bell Harbor.

The development started with a model row of 10 homes built on Imperial Point Drive and was initially marketed as a state-of-the-art community  (of its time) for retirees purchasing winter residences.  The development proved to be hugely successful and homes sold in record numbers.  The community earned the distinction of being an all-electric GE Medallian neighborhood and was recognized in many high profile publications of the day including Life Magazine. 

Today, Imperial Point is a thriving community with young families and their children, as well as single adults and retirees.  We welcome you to our wonderful city park located to the rear of the Imperial Point Hospital as well as to the many fine shops and resturants in the area.  So much has changed over the years, yet much has remained the same.  We still value our neighborhood friendships, our quiet, safe streets, and the enduring value of our homes.  Check us out on the web at www.imperialpoint.org.
