A Community Moving Forward
Mission Statement
To serve as Lauderdale Manors Homeowners Association that provides a link between Lauderdale Manors, Lauderdale Villas, and Hillmont Heights, in order to continue our effort to promote our adopted slogan A Community Moving Forward.
Purpose
The Purpose of Lauderdale Manors Homeowner's Association shall be:
- To enhance the community awareness, strengthen and maintainthe image of Lauderdale Manors Homeowners Association Inc.
- To promote and protet the interest of residents and property of owners.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, youth and families residing in the community.
- To provide a communication system whereby members and others in the community may be informed of events and activities.
- Cooperately plan and assist City officials to combat unsanitary, offensive, unsightly and noisome conditions in the community.
Boundaries
The territory under this Association shall be all of the properties located north of Sunrise Blvd., south of the South Fork of Middle River, bounded on the east by the west side of NW 9th Avenue and on the west by the Seaboard / CSX railroad. |
