Middle River Terrace is an up-and-coming area of NE Ft. Lauderdale.
Property values have increased steadily since the neighborhood won a national Neighborhood of the Year award in 1995. The award was given for efforts at fighting crime coupled with beautification projects.
Middle River Terrace has received many NCIP grants to build sidewalks, a park, entry signs, and a dock, as well as a Broward Beautiful grant to plant trees and shrubs along Dixie Highway. |
