On Saturday, October 21, 2006 from 8:00 AM to Noon, the Council of Fort Lauderdale Civic Associations will host a free seminar on understanding and using Robert's Rules as a guideline to preside over meetings.  We will be able to seat 40 students and reservations will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
