Bermuda Riviera is a residential community of approximately 250 homes situated opposite to Galt Ocean Mile between A1A and the Intracoastal Waterway. Most of our homes are on deep water and access is restricted to NE 40th Street.

A very pleasant shaded park with a sidewalk allows strollers to walk the entire length of the community while enjoying our landscaping. There are no commercial properties in our area and the motels on A1A are isolated by a high fence and landscaping. The Fort Lauderdale Police Department uses our guardhouse as a resting spot and crime in our neighborhood is basically non-existent. We are all very proud of living in Bermuda Riviera and the entire community is involved in maintaining our way of life.
