Riverland Village is a quaint little neighborhood consisting of 800+ homes.

Nestled in southwest Fort Lauderdale just south of Davie Blvd. this neighborhood was first developed back in the mid-50's as a winter get away for the snow birds. Today we are a thriving up and coming neighborhood; with the every home sitting on at least a spacious quarter acre and only a stones throw from downtown this little neighborhood has become quite a hot zone to buy in. Currently the association is working with the CIty of Fort Lauderdale to redevelop Davie Blvd. and is always very active in the CVC projects.
