Nestled between the forks of the New River, Riverside Park is a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Bounded by Broward Boulevard on the north, I-95 on the west, Davie Boulevard on the south, and the forks of the New River on the east, Riverside Park has a mixture of single-family houses and multifamily apartments. The neighborhood surrounds Stranahan High School (Home of the Mighty Dragons!).

Riverside Park is represented on the Council of Civic Associations by the Riverside Park Residents' Association, one of the older neighborhood associations in the City and the first to create a Neighborhood Master Plan in 1987.
