Historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood, the only neighborhood designated as a historic district in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The boundaries of Sailboat Bend are the F.E.C. Railroad tracks on the east, Broward Boulevard on the north and the New River on the south and west.

Sailboat Bend derives from the most severe bend of the river at the site of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
